Job Descriptions

This position is responsible for delivering operational targets and leading an engaged production team who drives safety, quality, continuous improvement, associate development, team engagement and operating results for their assigned area.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Shift leader or similar role
3 years in leader level.
Experience in assembly line or electronic control line is an advantage
Able to work in shift.
Ability to relate to and motivate people and effectively train
Strong leadership, good attitude, proactive thinking, and self-motivation.
Control and monitor of suitable industry safety standards
Comprehensive knowledge of basic software, such as Word and Excel to make report
Leadership and conflict-management skills
To react to and organize plans to deal with any issues in the shift that could impact on production
Monitoring production result such as quality yield, productivity, efficiancy, 5S, etc.
In charge to review and ensure materials, staffing and resources to support line operation
Quality awareness as well as apply IATF 16949 to the area of work.
