Job Descriptions
1.To recommend and implement management and operating policies to ensure the highest standard of performance the Production dept. to support the Company’s business. 2.To staff and train the departments’ personnel to be capable of accomplishing the defined duties and responsibilities. 3.To ensure all work orders are planned utilizing the most efficient resources available to meet commitments. 4.To meet production target which confirm to customers specification and delivery schedule, by ensuring that all inter-department activities are well coordinated? 5.To review plant capacity in terms of manpower, machines and other resource requirement and recommend to senior management for the additions and improvement of these resources. 6.To implement cost-effective measures and established acceptable quality level of works, to achieve lower production costs and improve product quality. 7.To develop and enhance the core competence of the manufacturing operations in die-cutting techniques and other manufacturing process or capabilities to meet the growth objectives of the company 8.To monitor and resolve delinquent and outstanding parts issue. 9.To ensure finished goods are shipped to customers on time in the right quantity. 10.To install discipline within the whole Production Department including regular performance appraisal and work plan review.
Qualifications
  1. Male / Female
  2. 30 years up
  3. Bachelor’s Degree
  4. 3 years in Management Position in Manufacturing Company.
  5. 5 years experiences in Manufacturing Functions.
  6. Good command of English.
  7. A strong leadership and Human relation
  8. Strong management skill.
  9. Self organized, self motivated and target oriented.
  10. Comfortable with the Microsoft suite.
  11. Knowledge inventory control.
