Job Descriptions
1.Set production plans in line with customer orders.
Coordinate with production to ensure production is on schedule.
Monitor and adjust production plans when changes occur.
Material Control
2.Control the purchase and allocation of raw materials to ensure sufficient production.
Manage warehouses efficiently, reduce waste and costs.
Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure that raw materials arrive on time.
3.Logistics Management
Control the incoming and outgoing processes of raw materials and finished products.
Plan transportation routes to reduce costs and time.
4.Team Management
Control and develop PMC teams to work efficiently.
Create work standards in accordance with company policies.
Promote teamwork and develop employee skills.
Qualifications
- No gender limit, no age limit
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management or related fields
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position
- Understanding of SAP, ERP, MRP or related programs
- Have systematic data analysis and problem solving skills
- Have communication and team management skills
- If you have experience in the electronics industry, it will be given special consideration
- If you can communicate in English or Chinese, it will be given special consideration
- Able to withstand pressure and have good interpersonal skills.
