Job Descriptions
1. จัดทำและวางแผนการดำเนินงานให้สอดคล้องกับระยะเวลาตามสัญญา โดยสามารถเขียนแผนการทำงาน 3 Week/3 Month Schedule ได้ 2. ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการทำงานของผู้รับเหมาให้เป็นไปตามแบบและมาตรฐานที่กำหนด รวดเร็ว ถูกต้อง และแล้วเสร็จตามกำหนดเวลา 3. ติดตามงานจากผู้รับเหมาให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานและระยะเวลาที่โครงการกำหนด รวมถึงตรวจสอบวัสดุ/แบบ ที่เกี่ยวข้องก่อนการทำงานจริง 4. ตรวจสอบและรายงานความคืบหน้าต่อผู้บังคับบัญชาตามกรอบระยะเวลาอย่างสม่ำเสมอ 5. ร่วมกับฝ่าย CS ในการตรวจรับมอบบ้าน/ห้องชุด กับลูกค้าทุกครั้ง ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาไฟฟ้าหรือเครื่องกล
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในงานควบคุมการก่อสร้าง งานรับเหมาก่อสร้าง หรืองานติดตั้งและทดสอบระบบประกอบอาคาร อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในงานอาคารสูง, คอนโดมิเนียม (งานแนวสูง)
  4. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานงานก่อสร้างอาคารและระบบสาธารณูปโภค (Standard for Building Construction)
  5. สามารถอ่านแบบการก่อสร้างและงานระบบ และเข้าใจได้เป็นอย่างดี
  6. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม AutoCAD และ Ms.Office
