Job Position Business Development and Operation Manager Scientific Equipment / Medical Equipment Industry Business Development Responsibilities Market analysis, business expansion strategies Negotiation, building customer relationships Developing new products and services Monitoring industry trends, relevant regulations Operations Management Responsibilities Resource planning and management, process improvement Industry standards (ISO 13485, GMP, FDA) Supply chain, logistics, quality control Opportunities for growth in management roles Competitive salary, bonus, and commissions Close work with executives, networking with top business leaders Key Product Focus Neonatal Care, Ventilation, Monitoring Endoscopy and Accessories Electrosurgery General Laboratory Equipment Recruitment Summary: We are looking for candidates with strong business management and operational experience in the scientific equipment or medical equipment industry, as well as the ability to analyze the market, create strategic plans, and manage projects in a challenging environment.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Operations Management, Project Management, or Strategy & Planning
  2. Experience in the Scientific Equipment or Medical Equipment industry is highly preferred
  3. Experience in project management, team leadership, or working with regulatory agencies
  4. Industry Knowledge – Understanding of the Scientific Equipment or Medical Equipment market, including industry standards and regulatory requirements
  5. Business & Strategic Thinking – Strategic thinking, market trend analysis, and business development skills
  6. Sales & Negotiation – Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and business partners
  7. Regulatory Compliance – Knowledge of standards such as ISO 13485, GMP, FDA, CE Marking, or other related regulatory standards
  8. Operations & Supply Chain – Ability to manage supply chain, logistics, and the import-export process for medical equipment
  9. Multitasking & Problem-Solving – Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently and solving problems quickly
  10. Project Management – Experience in project management and proficiency in project management tools like Odoo, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Jira
  11. Tech-Savvy – Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  12. Bachelor's degree in a related field
  13. 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Operations Management
  14. Understanding of the scientific equipment / medical equipment market
  15. Negotiation skills, project management, technology proficiency Opportunities & Benefits
