Job Descriptions
Overview of the Position This position is responsible for managing and overseeing the department's operations related to scientific or medical equipment to achieve the organization's goals in efficiency, quality, and profitability. --- Key Responsibilities 1. Department Management – Supervise and oversee department operations to align with organizational goals and policies. 2. Team Management – Lead, mentor, and develop the skills of department employees. 3. Strategic Planning – Develop work plans, strategies, and operational directions to grow and enhance departmental competitiveness. 4. Supply Chain & Logistics Management – Oversee procurement, transportation, and supply chain for medical or scientific equipment. 5. Quality & Compliance Management – Ensure that equipment and services meet industry standards and legal regulations such as FDA, ISO, and CE Marking. 6. Budget Control – Manage department costs and budgets to maximize efficiency and profitability. 7. Customer Relations Management – Maintain strong relationships with clients, hospitals, laboratories, and business partners. 8. Technology Adoption & Innovation – Analyze new industry trends to implement and improve departmental operations.
Qualifications
  1. Management Experience in the scientific or medical equipment industry.
  2. Knowledge of Industry Standards & Regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO, CE Marking).
  3. Leadership & Team Management – Ability to develop and drive a team toward efficiency.
  4. Strategic Planning & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to set long-term goals and resolve challenges.
  5. Financial & Cost Management Skills – Understanding budget control and cost efficiency.
  6. Communication & Negotiation Skills – Ability to collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
  7. Technical Knowledge of scientific or medical equipment.
  8. Proficiency in English – Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Willingness to Travel – Able to travel domestically and internationally as required.
