Job Descriptions
- Manage, supervise and operate the compensation and welfare system. - Controlling the operation of the recruitment and selection system - Labor Relations Management - Manage administrative work - Human resource development and training work - Manage and operate under the company's quality management system, laws and policies. - Coordinate and control subordinates
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, or related fields
  2. Female/male, age 40 years and above
  3. Have 5 years of experience in supervising subordinates.
  4. Experienced in HR&GA in all functions
  5. Good in using Microsoft office ( Excel & PowerPoint)
  6. Good command in English (Reading,Writing & Speaking)
  7. Good attitude, Proactive, Analytic, Service mind, Problem solving, Flexible
  8. Fast learner, Initiative, team work.
  9. Experience in the logistics business will be given special consideration.
