Job Descriptions1.Manage recruitment, onboarding procedures, and resignation processes for employees in Thailand.
2.Calculate employee salaries, ensure timely payment of social security contributions, and handle medical and work-related injury claims in compliance with Thai regulations.
3.Support headquarters in coordinating employee training and performance management activities, following established guidelines.
4.Assist in managing procedures and qualifications during the company's establishment phase in Thailand.
5.Undertake other duties as assigned by the company.
6.Manage and oversee the process of applying for Work Permits for foreign employees.
7.Record and track the status of Work Permit applications, including renewals.
8.Coordinate with government agencies (such as the Employment Office, Immigration Office) to ensure the process is carried out in accordance with the law.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Demonstrated knowledge of Thai labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related software.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Proficiency in basic computer programs (MS Office).
