Job Descriptions

- Support operation for improvement and repairing tasks by coordinating with other section (customer, operation, administration, site maintenance, outsource supplier, safety, etc.) - Repair facilities and material handling equipment in office and warehouse to be a ready to use condition (Ex: Building, Electrical System, Water System, Dock Leveler, Shuttle door, Warping Machine, Repack & Crushing machine, Rack and Forklift, etc. - Inspect emergency equipment such as fire pump system, firefighting equipment, fire alarm system, emergency light to readiness. - Prepare tools and parts for maintenance and repairing activities. - Preventive maintenance follows master plan to achieve monthly and yearly targets. - Perform analysis problem constraints, clustering through define the problem through solving with efficiency standard base on company standard for both Operational & Financial - Manage materials handling equipment with efficiency utilization, communicating, coaching as well as training align with upper - lower command to drive an achievement as targeted

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in maintenance operations, facilities management, or a related field, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, or large-scale operations environment
Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, equipment, and systems
Familiarity with facility infrastructure, including fire safety systems, emergency equipment, and building systems
Knowledge of workplace safety standards and environmental regulations, particularly in the context of maintenance operations
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
