Job Descriptions
• Assist project leaders in advancing various project tasks. • Coordinate with local government and related agencies and assist in recruiting local employees. • Handle preliminary administrative and HR tasks for the project, including managing various certifications and licenses. • Manage visa processes and oversee the daily arrangements and work of personnel dispatched from China to Thailand. • Draft and implement regulations for the new factory, introducing management systems and platforms from the Chinese headquarters. • Perform other key tasks assigned by the project team.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher; candidates with experience living in both China and Thailand are preferred.
  2. 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience, with strong familiarity with Thai culture and legal systems.
  3. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to independently liaise with government departments.
  4. Professional attitude and willingness to travel for work.
  5. Global mindset, with proficiency in both Chinese and Thai for smooth communication.
