Job Descriptions
Case Investigation: Investigate cases escalated from Customer Suppor to identify technical issues. Analyze the root cause of problems and document findings. Coordination with Technical Team: Collaborate with the Technical Team to resolve complex issues. Ensure timely resolution and effective communication of technical solutions. System Testing: Conduct thorough testing of systems to validate fixes and ensure functionality. Report and track system bugs and issues. Partner Liaison: Communicate and coordinate case reports and feedback with partners such as META and TikTok. Use English proficiently for effective partner communication. Weekly Reporting: Prepare and present weekly summary reports of cases, resolutions, and feedback. Highlight trends and recurring issues to improve overall support processes.
Qualifications
  1. Exp 2 Yrs.+ อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
  2. สื่อสาร Eng ได้ทั้งพูด+เขียน
  3. มีความรู้ัด้าน system testing and bug tracking methodologies
  4. Exp in Agile Methodology and Scrum Framework
  5. ประสบการณ์ในการตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเบราว์เซอร์โดยใช้ Developer Tool
  6. มีความคุ้นเคยกับ database administration tools
  7. จบสายไอทีเท่านั้น***
