Job Descriptions
Accounting-AP 1.รับวางบิล เพื่อตั้งหนี้จ่ายประจำเดือน(AP) 2.ทำการตัดจ่ายเจ้าหนี้(PV) 3.ทำเงินทดลองจ่าย(CA) 4.บันทึกบัญชีเงินสดย่อย Accounting-Tax 1.ทำภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย ภงด.3 ภงด.53 ภงด.1 2.ทำการตรวจภาษีซื้อ ภาษีขาย (ภพ.30) และทำรายงานประจำเดือน 3.ทำการยื่นภาษีทางอินเตอร์เน็ต 4.ทำการปรับปรุงบัญชี Accounting-AR 1.ตรวจสอบ INV ขาย(AR) ประจำเดือน 2.ตรวจสอบการรับชำระ RV ประจำเดือน กระทบยอดเงินฝาก รายได้ 3.จัดการ ตรวจสอบการบันทึกบัญชีประจำวัน ให้ถูกต้อง Accounting-GL 1.Reconcile ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย เจ้าหนี้ ลูกหนี้ ธนาคาร 2.ตรวจสอบ Cash flow ประจำเดือน 3.ติดต่อ ประสานงาน สำนักงานบัญชี สรรพากร เพื่อให้งานสำเร็จ ถูกต้อง สมบูรณ์ หน้าที่หลัก 1.จัดทำ ตรวจสอบ ควบคุมให้งานบัญชีถูกต้อง สมบูรณ์ 2.แก้ไข ปรับปรุง พัฒนางานบัญชีให้เป็นระบบ รวมถึงพัฒนาทีมให้ทำงานได้สะดวก ถูกต้อง สำเร็จตามกำหนด 3.บริหารงานบัญชีให้ถูกต้องตามหลักการ
Qualifications
  1. หญิง อายุ 30-45 ปี ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ขยัน ซื่อสัตย์ มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
  3. มีวินัย สามารถปฏิบัติตามระเบียบบริษัทได้
  4. มีทัศนคตีดีต่อเพื่อนร่วมงาน และองค์กร
  5. ประสบการณ์ในสายงาน 5 ปีขึ้นไป
  6. ใช้ word excel googel on cloud ได้
  7. ใช้โปรแกรม *Express* ได้พิจารณาพิเศษ
  8. มีที่พัก หรือสะดวกในการเดินทางพิจารณาพิเศษ
