Job DescriptionsEvent Planning and Organization
•Meet with clients to discuss event objectives, budget, and requirements
•Develop event timelines, schedules, and floor plans, and keep updating the event calendar
•Generating EO for getting supervisor’s approval
•Coordinate with other departments / teams for service requirements distribution, including caterers, decorators, audio-visual providers, entertainment, and venues.
Stock Management
•Assist in meeting materials stock distribution and management.
Vendor and Client Liaison
•Coordinate with departments / teams / vendors (e.g., caterers, decorators, audio-visual technicians) to ensure services are delivered as planned.
•Ensure clients’ needs are met and resolve any issues or concerns promptly during the event.
•Monitor and manage relationships with external partners to ensure seamless execution.
On-Site Coordination
•Handle troubleshooting and problem-solving during the event.
Post-Event Activities
•Submit post-event reports on stock updating, evaluations and recommendations for future events.
Safety, Health and Environment:
Self
•Develop skills and experience. Participate in formal and on-the-job training. Request training in areas where needs have been identified
•Be an active member of the IFM service industries (where applicable), the Client, Sodexo culture and your team
•Attendance required at the monthly Managers meetings
