Job Description:
- Answer calls and respond to emails
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Handle customer enquiries and solve problems concerning services and products of the company
- Update existing customer information
- Route calls to appropriate teams to address customer concerns
- Follow up customer calls till completion and inform progress to concern internal members
เวลางาน: ทำ 5 หยุด 2 (ไม่ตรงเสาร์อาทิตย์) 8.00-17.00/9.00-18.00/11.00-20.00

Qualifications

- ต้องได้ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
- มีประสบการณ์ใน Customer Service หรือ Call Center จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
