Job Descriptions
Conceptualization and Design :
- Ideate and develop innovative design concepts for POP displays, product promotions, key visuals, in-store advertisements, OOH banners, and activation materials.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the target audience and market trends to create designs that resonate.
- Ensure design consistency across various mediums and adhere to brand guidelines.
Collaboration :
- Partner with marketing teams, copywriters, and product managers to translate product features and promotional messages into effective visual communications.
- Be open to feedback and iterate on designs efficiently.
Project Execution :
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and staying within budget constraints.
- Prepare files for production, ensuring technical accuracy and quality.
Coordinate with print vendors and external service providers as needed.
Qualifications
