Job Descriptions

Project Management : - Assist the General Manager in managing critical projects related to production optimization, new product development, and market expansion. Operational Analysis : - Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. Food Safety & Quality Assurance : - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards. Develop and implement quality control measures. Process Improvement : - Utilize industrial engineering principles to optimize production processes, streamline workflows, and reduce costs. Cross-functional Collaboration : - Work closely with various departments, including production, quality assurance, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and achieve company objectives. Market Research & Analysis : - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion. Analyze competitor strategies and industry trends. Communication & Reporting : - Prepare reports, presentations, and other communication materials for the General Manager and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

Age 24 - 30 Years old.
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with a minimum GPA 3.00.
3+ years of experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferred.
Familiarity with industrial engineering principles and lean manufacturing concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
