Job Descriptions
- Supervise the company's quality policy to control the organization's quality control to meet the objectives or quality goals. - Define schedule and follow up the status of pending issued with working team. - Define and follow up supplier process audit plan. - Monitor supplier's quality status (PPM) and supplier quality improvement. - Set up Department KPIs relate the policy, legal customer requirement and etc. - Study and present various management systems to the management for consideration in order to increase the potential of the company's quality management system. - Support and promote the adoption of modern management skills to be applied in the quality system. To aim to lend the organization to standards of excellence and sustainability.
Qualifications
  1. Male, age 38-45 years, Thai Nationality.
  2. Bachelor' degree of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electronic or related field.
  3. Experience at least 10 years in QC engineer / filed in automotive part manufacturing
  4. Strong analytical based thinking and problem resolution skills, Team oriented, self-starter working toward bettering the internal process for all.
  5. Good command in English, can use Chinese language to communicate will be an advantage.
  6. Able to work under pressure and independence.
  7. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  8. Good computer skills (Mocrosoft Office: Ms-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and email)
  9. Continual improvement skill.
