งานต่อวีซ่าและใบอนุญาตทำงาน - ควบคุม/ดำเนินการในการ ขอ/ต่อวีซ่า - ควบคุม/ดำเนินการในการ ขอ/ต่อใบอนุญาตทำงาน งานธุรการราชการ - ควบคุม/ดำเนินการในการขออนุญาต - ควบคุม/ดำเนินการต่ออายุใบอนุญาต - อำนวยความสะดวกให้หน่วยงานที่ต้องไปติดต่อราชการ งานรักษาความสะอาด - ตรวจสอบการทำความสะอาด - จัดแบ่งพื้นที่ความรับผิดชอบในการทำความสะอาด - จัดหาอุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือ และน้ำยาทำความสะอาด งานเบิก/จ่าย อุปกรณ์สำนักงาน และวัสดุสิ้นเปลือง - ดูแล การเบิก/จ่าย อุปกรณ์สำนักงาน และวัสดุสิ้นเปลือง - สรุปรายงานการเบิก/จ่าย อุปกรณ์สำนักงาน และวัสดุสิ้นเปลือง งานยานพาหนะ - จัดรถบริการส่วนกลาง - ดูแลการตรวจสภาพรถยนต์และการนำรถยนต์เข้าศูนย์บริการ - อื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุระหว่าง 22-35 ปี
  2. ปริญญาตรี สาขาการจัดการ, หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในการขอ/ต่อ วีซ่า และใบอนุญาตทำงาน สัญชาติพม่า (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  4. ประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านงานธุรการ ไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี
  5. มีประสบการณ์ในการติดต่องานราชการ ไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี
  6. มีความรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานที่หลากหลายได้
  7. มีทักษะสามารถติดต่อ ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆได้
  8. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
  9. มีความสามารถด้าน โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point
