Job Descriptions

- Follow and action for daily, monthly, yearly maintenance, corrective maintenance, and annual shutdowns activities. - Action preventive maintenance, calibration as per related schedules. - Action CM work according to priority, not effect to operation interruption. - Participating in maintenance meetings or any concerned meetings. Action daily inspections of machines and all equipments (visual inspections). - Follow up on work orders generated by the CMMS program, planning materials and man-power, and maintenance duration, and, inputting necessary information and updating work status. - Provide support in relation to spare parts inventory to set max-min and specifications of spare parts and consumables requirements and procurement. - Conduct maintenance prevention upon trouble analysis and maintenance reports. - Follow SOP, WI, JSA and quality system documents. Supervise and control / evaluate subordinate & contractors in terms all of tasks, quality, and safety. - Other work assigned to you by supervisor.

Qualifications

Male 25-35 years old.
Education: Diploma in Control/Instrument, Electrical
Experience: 2 – 7 year work experience for diploma in C&I equipment & maintenance, preferably in Power Plant, Petrochemical Plant or Utility Plant
PLC/DCS/SCADA (Siemens) configuration and testing. Possess technical knowledge and/or experience in Boilers, Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Thermal or combine cycle plant will be a plus.
Have experience in special measurement for calibration in field instrument will be a plus.
Reporting to Maintenance Manager, C&I Technician will be performing the Electrical, Control and Instrument, PLC, DCS maintenance activities related to the power and utilities generating facility, Electrical/Instrument discipline. The position works within the boundaries of all established maintenance management programs and strategies related.
