Job Descriptions
- Provide first-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues. - Respond to support tickets, diagnose problems, and implement solutions in a timely manner. - Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals. - Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure. - Perform system updates, backups, and routine maintenance tasks. - Educate and train users on software applications and best practices. - Document support processes and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions. - Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless IT operations. - Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in IT support.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in an IT support role.
  3. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
  4. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  5. Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and office productivity software.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
