Job Descriptions
1.Client Relationship Management: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, developing a deep understanding of their business needs and objectives. - Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, including executives and decision-makers. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to help them achieve their goals. 2.Account Growth and Retention: - Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and maximize the value of key accounts. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients. - Monitor account health and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 3.Contract Negotiation and Management: - Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and policies. - Manage contract renewals and expansions, working closely with the sales and legal teams to finalize agreements in a timely manner . 4.Strategic Planning and Execution: - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive value for key accounts. - Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting account strategies as needed. 5.Performance Tracking and Reporting: - Monitor key account metrics, such as revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction, and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders. - Prepare and present comprehensive account reviews and reports to clients, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future opportunities.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in key account management, sales, or a related field, preferably in the B2B sector.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  3. Proven track record of successfully managing key client relationships and driving revenue growth.
  4. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
