to oversee our manufacturing processes and ensure the efficient operation of our plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the production team, ensuring quality standards are met, and driving continuous improvements to enhance productivity. • Strategic Planning Define strategies, operational plans, and budgets for the department to align with the organization’s strategic plan and policies. This includes being responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance according to the plans to ensure the department’s performance supports the achievement of organizational goals. • Manage Subordinates Supervise, monitor, and evaluate the performance of subordinates to ensure it aligns with the plan. This includes supporting subordinates in continuously improving and developing their work to achieve the organization's mission and goals • Production Tasks Oversee and control production to ensure it follows the planned production schedule, with low operational costs and maintaining the quality standards set • Machine Maintenance Oversee and ensure the effective use and maintenance of machinery and production equipment, ensuring they are costeffective, efficient, and always ready for operation. • Safety and Work Environment Management Oversee the work environment to ensure safety and prevent accidents by applying the 5S principles in management, with regular and consistent performance measurement. • Improving Production Capacity to Keep Up with Sales Growth Propose investments in new technologies to achieve sufficient production capacity to support sales growth, while maintaining low operational costs.

Qualifications

Bachelor ‘s degree in Engineering (B.Eng.), Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry, or related fields (or equivalent work experience)
Nationality : Thai , Sex : Male ,Age : 35 years old and above
Fluent in English to communication with both local and international teams.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the manufacturing industry.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Relevant ISO-9001 operating procedures
Relevant ISO-14001 operating procedures
Experience: over 10 years in production
Preferably from a paint industry background
Proven experience in a plant or production management role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve production efficiency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodology is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software
