Job Descriptions

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with pet stores, veterinary clinics, and other potential clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on the benefits of our pet food products. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends. • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager. • Stay informed about competitors' products and activities to identify growth opportunities • Make regular store visits in line with the route plan to ensure effective implementation and timely solutions for in field operations problems; check FIFO (First-In & First-Out) at the store level and ensure that DB sales representative will do it regularly in order to avoid aging problems. • Any other work related assigned by the management team.

Qualifications

M6 - Graduated in any field / Bachelor Degree in any field
Over 2 Years of working experience in FMCG, and/or petfood is a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English communication with computer skills (MS-Office applications) is a plus
ONLY Local candidate in responsible region will be considered.
Able to drive own car
Service mind, high responsibility and good team player
Self-motivated with a results=driven approach
Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt in a fast paced, dynamic team environment.
