Job Descriptions

• Conduct a thorough examination to ensure compliance with local safety laws and provide recommendations accordingly. • Perform safety risk assessments in the workplace to identify potential hazards and propose preventive measures. • Analyze project plans, offering suggestions across various departments, with a focus on recommending safety measures. • Identify workplace hazards through analysis and propose effective preventive measures and safety procedures. • Ensure ongoing suitability and continuous development of safety management within the company. • Investigate reasons for work-related illnesses and injuries, promptly reporting findings and recommending preventive measures. • Collect, analyze, report, and share lessons learned from data related to safety incidents. • Enforce employee responsibility for compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations in the workplace. • Uphold outstanding standards and procedures in accordance with Environment, Health, Safety, and Security (EES HSSE). • Conduct daily Pre-Tour meetings, reviewing Permit to Work (PTW) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) before task execution. • Promote and incentivize behavior-based safety practices among employees. • Conduct analysis of Action Cards/SafetyNet to enhance safety measures. • Provide support for all legal documentation requirements and maintain records for the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) related to HSE concerns. • Investigate and analyze incidents, producing detailed reports for further improvement. • Regularly inspect machinery, tools, and equipment to ensure they are in safe working condition before daily activities commence. • Supervise the proper use of personal safety protection equipment by all personnel. • Implement Safe Work Authorizations (SWA) when tasks deviate from the planned procedures. • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & Safety, Environmental or related field.
At least 3 years experiences in any related functions.
Able start work immediately would be advantage
Able to work at offshore or upcountry
Good command of written and spoken in English would be advantage
Having experience in Oil and Gas Industry would be advantage.
