Job Descriptions

1.Study the details of customer requirements. 2.Participate in the feasibility study of new products. 3.Assign responsibilities for the implementation of new products. 4.Lead weekly APQP meetings and summarize the discussions. 5.Participate in problem-solving with relevant departments. 6.Lead and manage changes (ECN/ECR) and follow up on corrective actions in the system. 7.Analyze problems and determine solutions with the relevant team during product development. 8.Participate in setting Condition Standards for plastic injection molding. 9.Create production processes for each new product. 10.Prepare master samples for customer approval (Appearance Approval Report; APP). 11.Read and review drawings to identify inspection points and special control points. 12.Evaluate the capability of the production process and develop improvements accordingly. 13.Prepare products for customer delivery during product development before mass production. 14.Conduct training and transfer actual data with relevant departments. 15.Participate in Process Audits with relevant departments regarding engineering changes from internal customers (ECN/ECR).

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field such as Quality Engineering.
Experience in quality control, quality inspection, or product testing is usually required. Specific experience in the industry in which the organization operates may also be necessary.
Knowledge of quality control standards such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or industry-specific standards.
Ability to analyze problems and defects, using analytical tools such as pareto analysis and root cause analysis.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to prepare reports, provide recommendations, and interact with team members and other departments.
Have a TOEIC language test score (TOEIC score of 450 or above).
