Job Descriptions
One of the largest expat service companies Fatboys Motorbikes Thailand Co. Ltd. in Bangkok is looking for a Customer Service & Operations Officer to join our growing Team! Job Title: Customer Service & Operations Officer Brands That You Will Be Working For: Fatboy’s Motorbikes & Cars Salary: • 25,000-30,000 Baht per month, depending on experience • Monthly commissions based on company revenue performance + individual work performance after 6 months completed Benefits: • Government insurance (ประกันสังคม) will be provided upon completion of probation • 18 total days of annual leave - details to be provided during interview • Hybrid Work-From-Home benefits provided if successfully pass 6 month probation Responsibilities: - Manage Customer Service Incidents for our clientele, including accident assistance, coordination with medical professionals and insurance companies, and coordination with government officers or police in case of issues. - Manage our Rental Vehicle registration requirements with our Operations Team, including vehicle tax updates, Por Ror Bor updates, and ownership transfers. - Coordinate and track clientele payments with the Executive Assistant. - Coordinate the purchasing and selling of rental vehicles with our Operations Team. - Assist the Branch Managers to solve any escalated customer service issues, in order to maintain 5-star customer service level. - Provide empathetic and positive support between all Fatboy’s staff to ensure high team morale Work Hours & Location: - This is a full-time position – full training will be provided - The Operations Officer will be expected to be able to work at both Ekkamai and Sathorn branches 5 days a week if required - The business hours are Mon-Sun 9:30AM-6:30PM for Fatboy's. Your work hours will typically match these hours from Monday to Friday. - You will work 5 days per week in-person with two days off. Details of schedule will be provided if successfully hired.
Qualifications
  1. THAI NATIONALS ONLY
  2. At least 30 years old
  3. Previous experience in as a Personal Assistant or Operations Officer an advantage
  4. Very organized and highly attentive to detail
  5. Positive, supportive and loves working with people
  6. Comfortable using a computer and Microsoft Office programs
  7. Speak good English with confidence
  8. Extremely punctual, lateness or excuses will not be tolerated
  9. Independent and self-motivated - if you need a manager constantly looking at you to make sure you are doing a good job, then this is not the job for you. Work will need to be completed on time with little supervision.
