Job Descriptions•Check and propose to the employer to comply with the law on working safety.
•Prepare the plan/ project on working safety for management approval.
•Establish and revise the emergency plan, evacuation plan, safety manual as required.
•Set and organize site safety committee and meeting schedule
•Advise, supervise and coordinate all safety related training programs to ensure safe practice is
implemented properly.
•Hazard identification & risk assessment every activity in distribution center and suggest safety
program or safety standard operation procedure
•Environmental aspect & identification every activity in distribution center and suggest environmental program or operation control
•Advise/ train the employees to carry out work without cause which may be unsafe to work.
•Supervise the employees to comply with the rule, regulation, order or measures relating to
working safety.
•Check the performance of the place of operation in according to the work plan, project or
measures on working safety.
•Conduct and advise the accident investigation due to working and report the total result and
proposal To the management in order to prevent the incident without delay.
•Inspect the facilities to detect potential hazards and recommend corrective and preventive
actions as appropriate.
•Compile, analyze information, statistics and prepare report, recommendation relating to injury,
sickness or disturbance due to the work of the employees.
•Comply and submit documentations required by regulatory Safety Department/ Labour
Department
•Conduct internal audit ISO45001 & ISO14001.
•Perform as required by company’s SHE policy and procedures.
•To promote and support activity in working safety and environment
•To practice the annual emergency and evacuation plan as required.
