Job Descriptions
1.Screen/review online applications evaluating such factors as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, ability and develop a short list of potential candidates to forward to the HR managers.
2.Post advertisement in a variety sources. (To agency and other media)
3.Coordinate & conduct applicant preliminary interviews (in person and/or on the phone)
4.Coordinating interview with the hire manager and communicating company information and benefits.
5.Coordinating interview with the hire manager and communicating company information and benefits.
6.Follow up the hire manager to reply feedback and report to HR manager.
Qualifications
- Degree : Bachelor or Master
- Years of work experience : 3-5 years
- Language level : English or Chinese
