Job Descriptions

-Lead demand and supply planning, using KPIs to measure success. -Develop procurement strategies for long-term product supply and continuous improvement. -Oversee procurement of machinery, raw materials, packaging, logistics, and construction. -Manage supply chain strategy and ensure compliance with Yum standards. -Forecast demand, manage budgets, and analyze price trends. -Coordinate with suppliers, distribution centers, and restaurants to ensure smooth operations. -Negotiate cost-saving initiatives with suppliers and monitor inventory levels. -Ensure product registration with FDA (อย) and TISI (มอก.) and manage shipping logistics. -Train staff, maintain quality and safety standards, and support NPD development.

Qualifications

Experience at least 5 years in supply chain management, procurement, and logistics.
Proven leadership and cross-functional teamwork skills.
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication abilities.
Experience with international suppliers and import operations.
