Job Descriptions
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in managing and collaborating with internal teams. - Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement. - Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans. - Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances and internal control is maintained. - Providing and review financial reports under iFRS and interpreting financial information to management and group FD and CFO while recommending further courses of action. - Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met. - Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's / Master's degree in Accounting or related field. CA or CPA certification would be advantaged.
  2. 5+ experience as an account manager or in management level.
  3. Fluent in English with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  4. Male or Female not over 40 years old
  5. Strong knowledge in accounting operations (AP, AR, GL), auditing, and taxation.
  6. Leadership experience, including the ability to mentor and guide a team.
