Job Descriptions- Liaise with Business Units, Project Member and Permit Authorizers to facilitate permit applications, approvals and for other safety & compliance related matters.
- Prepare and review permit applications to ensure information is complete and record any non-conformances.
- Coordinate paperwork and applications with outside consultants as necessary.
- Submit, distribute and file paperwork and enter data for various permits such as building, design review, standard plan, plan changes, and amendment permits.
- Work closely with the authorities on the status of permits and ensure they are processed in a timely manner.
- Monitor and create reports, correspondence and narratives in regards of permit issues.
- Organize communications in any matters related to permit activities and requirements upon request.
