Job Descriptions
• Improve the company's market position and achieve financial growth. • Define strategic goals for business development, builds key customer relationships; identifies, evaluate and develop business opportunities; negotiates and closes business deals in the selected market in order to increase the company's revenue. • Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential clients / markets. • Prospect and find potential new clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging network. • Identify and evaluate potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization. • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients in person and by calling, emailing and consulting them to ascertain their requirements on the company's product and service are fulfilled and fully supported. • Cold Calling to arrange meetings between potential client's decision makers and the company's leader to prospect a new business • Working with team to develop and provide quatations / proposal that speaks to the client's needs, concern and objective. • Using a variety of styles to present and persuade or negotiate appropriately the terms of quotations / proposal and or an agreement to make or close a sale. • Establishing long-term professional relationship with potential clients to promote the background screening services. • Prepare and propose department's Standard Operating Procedures and control its implementation.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
  2. Experience in HR or recruitment field will be advantage
  3. Strong prospecting, communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  4. Excellent interpersonal skill, networking and dealing with clients
  5. Having initiative and proactive attitude, self-motivated, an ability to manage pressure, time management, and attention to details.
  6. Sales and results driven, market and sales knowledge
  7. English proficiency and computer literacy
