Job Descriptions
- Develop Channel strategy focus with a strategic action plan to achieve company goals. - Create initiatives, trade activities & key customer sales and profit objectives. - Support the trade marketing manager in developing Channel Strategy to achieve defined business objectives for all product categories. - Develop channel initiatives that support category growth. - Working closely with key customers to provide category and shopper insights to drive performance. - Support Key account team on customer joint business plan and New product list in Marketing / Promotion Communication. - Develop sell-in decks, POS material, customer-specific mechanics, and premiums, if required, for each type of activity by working closely with Marketing Team . - Work with the sales team to ensure the effectiveness of trade program execution and POSM utilization in keeping with the KPIs and activity plan. - Define and leverage channel insight, competitor update & channel opportunity into trade program plan and execution. - Follow up and be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the trade marketing budget and controlling to execute of aligned trade activities within a given budget. - Prepare Sale Forecast / Sales Performance monthly, quarter, and yearly to present to the executives. - Meeting with customers to follow up and evaluate various works together with Key Account.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Strong analytical, negotiating, and category management skills.
  3. Good presentation/communication/Negotiation skills.
  4. Computer literacy and statistical analysis.
  5. Fluent English skills.
  6. Minimum one year of experience in Trade Marketing in cosmetics or FMCG in preferred.
  7. Ability to meet deadlines, self-management skills, and the ability to handle tasks with speed and accuracy.
  8. Positive attitude, pleasant and energetic personality.
