Job Descriptions
1. Preparation of Cash Receipts / Bank Receipts 2. Checking & Accounting of Vendor/Suplier invoices (Purchase Invoice) 3. Preparation of Vendor Invoices/Tax Re. Accounting of Customer Invoices / Tax Receipts 4. Accounting of Customer Invoices / Tax Receipts 5. Daily book and control of supplier/customers invoices. 6. Manage the front desk and office administration task. 7. Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on telephone. Any other Accounts/Admin activities which the Company may assign
Qualifications
  1. Good command of the English language
  2. Strong service-minded/interpersonal, proactive and good teamwork.
  3. Adaptable to changes and able to handle multi-task with well time management.
  4. Experience in Accounts
  5. Welcome new graduates / Bachelor’s Degree
