Job Descriptions
1.Create a strategic business plan aimed at enhancing business performance through channel strategy, business expansion, partnership management, and adaptability to competitors' actions and market dynamics. 2.Identify impactful business opportunities and propose initiatives to either enhance performance or address gaps. 3.Develop and implement key performance indicators to measure the success of each initiative. 4.Monitor and manage both financial and non-financial performance, taking proactive steps to address any discrepancies. 5.Create, develop, and adjust incentive programs to enhance channel performance. 6.Track and oversee project status to ensure timely implementation. 7.Stay updated on market trends and competitors' strategies.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Corporate Strategy, Channel Strategy, or Sales Strategy.
  3. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  4. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, communication and storytelling capabilities
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  6. Able to work under pressure
