Job Descriptions
Responsible : - Development/implementation of the maintenance system to ensures that all production machines - Supervise maintenance technicians on operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of utility machine for readiness to support production. - Supervise/Perform machine troubleshooting and maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic system. - Prioritization, scheduling and allocation of maintenance personnel daily work assignment. - Analyzes all existing and potential problems of machines, plans and develops some counter-measure to prevent equipment breakdown and eliminate recurring problems and introduce improvements to increase productivity and reliability. - Specification and procurement of required parts, material, tools, machinery and suppliers which necessary for maintenance work. - Coordinate development plant-wide Preventive Maintenance program for all production and non-production machine/equipment and supports/assists preventive maintenance group on all shutdown maintenance activities in the plant. - Other job in Process Electrical SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE NEED: - Basically PLC Mitsubishi Q and A series machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance - Substation 115kV - Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Pneumatics Hydraulic - Total Productive maintenance - skill in operating electrical/electronic tools and devices - skill in auto-cad, electro pneumatic and hydraulics
Qualifications
  1. Male age 23 - 28 Year
  2. Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineer
  3. Experience in 3 years.
  4. Knowledge PCL Mitsubishi
  5. Knowledge of ISO , IATF16949
  6. Knowledge MS Office Software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
