Job Descriptions
-ติดต่อซัพพลายเออร์ต่างประเทศผ่านอีเมล์เพื่อขอใบเสนอราคา, ต่อรองราคา และส่งใบสั่งซื้อ -ประสานงานกับตัวแทนเคลียร์ของเพื่อดำเนินการพิธีการศุลลากรเพื่อนำเข้าวัตถุดิบ,อะไหล่,เครื่องจักรจากต่างประเทศ -ออกใบสั่งซื้อให้กับซัพพลายเออร์ -จ่ายเงินให้ซัพพลายเออร์ในไทยและต่างประเทศ -ควบคุมเงินสดย่อยและจัดการรายการเงินเข้าออก -ประสานงานกับธนาคารต่าง ๆ เพื่อเปิด LC, ต่ออายุหนังสือค้ำประกัน, เปรียบเทียบอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนเพื่อเตรียมการโอนเงินต่างประเทศ -แปลภาษารับรองงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย -ทำงานวันจันทร์-วันเสาร์ (6 วัน)
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 24-40 ปี
  2. การศึกษาวุฒิ ป.ตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาภาษาอังกฤษ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้องหรือภาษาจีน (พิจารณาพิเศษ)
  3. ประสบการณ์งานจัดซื้อต่างประเทศหรืองานอุตสาหกรรมจะพิจาณาพิเศษ
  4. ทักษะการประสานงาน การพูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษ ดี
