Job Descriptions

Responsible for the overall management and operation of the hotel. Plays a significant role in maximizing hotel attractiveness and financial performance by understanding hotel market and positioning. Supervises daily operations, leading the team, planning the strategies, and continually improving employee engagement and hotel performance to achieve the highest standard of guest satisfaction. CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Maximizing Hotel Performance to achieve target under an approved budget. Understanding, developing, and implementing Marketing & Hotel Strategies and Financial performance to attract new guests, improve guest satisfaction and experience, and retain loyal customers. Using an Entrepreneurial Approach to Drive Hotel Business. Managing costs and budgets, maximizing hotel revenue to ensure the hotel meets financial goals. Creating a positive work environment. Leading Significant Modern Marketing and Public Relations. Managing and Monitoring Daily Hotel Operations. Reporting hotel performance directly to the supervisor.

Qualifications

Age preferably 38 years up
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel management other relevant field
At least 5 years of experience in Hotel management , General manage
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
Proven customer service experience as a manager; strong guest-focused mentality
Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Communicates well in English
