- Assist team in resolving hardware and software issues - Provide weekly PM/CM report and quotation - Hardware and spare parts ordering - Respond to customer requests quickly and accurately - Manage video teleconference sessions, troubleshoot connection issues - Assist in daily operation tasks

Qualifications

Obtain a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration.
A minimum of two (2) years strong experience in technical support roles, where you learn skills like troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service.
Quick response and negotiation skill, Multi task skill, Interpersonal and decision making skill
Being able to communicate effectively in English both speaking and writing.
