Job Descriptions
- Respond to incoming calls /e-mails from policyholders, hospitals, agents, and customers. - Case handling according to the assistance process - Coordination and prioritizing of daily tasks - Take responsibility for team performance - Secure client feels in safe hand - Coordinate local and international logistic arrangements to assist policyholders with medical and other claims.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree in any field
  2. Experience in Customer Service, Call center, Coordinator would be advantage
  3. Good command of English (both spoken and written)
  4. Able to work in shift pattern (5 days work) / Work from home for night shift
