Job Descriptions
1. พัฒนาและใช้กลยุทธ์ด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลที่สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์ทางธุรกิจ 2. จัดการและสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพนักงานโดยการจัดการกับข้อเรียกร้อง ข้อร้องทุกข์ หรือปัญหาอื่นๆ 3. จัดการกระบวนการสรรหาและการคัดเลือก 4. พัฒนาและสร้างแรงจูงใจให้แก่พนักงาน 5. พัฒนาและตรวจสอบกลยุทธ์รวมถึงขั้นตอนการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลขององค์กร 6. ดูแลและจัดการระบบการประเมินผลเพื่อให้เกิดผลงานระดับสูง 7. สร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดีในการทำงาน 8. ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย 9. ประเมินความต้องการในการฝึกอบรมและประสานงานการเรียนรู้และพัฒนา 10. วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลกำลังคนและตัวชี้วัดเพื่อใช้ในการประเมิน

  2. มีความสามารถตามรายละเอียดงานที่กำหนด
  3. มีประสบการณ์พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. มีความรู้ ISO9001, ISO14001
  5. สามารถใช้ Ms.Office ได้ดีมาก
  6. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดีมาก มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำสูง มีความสามารถทำงานได้ตามนโยบาย เป้าหมาย ที่บริษัทกำหนด
