Job Descriptions
• Professionally answer telephone calls
• Meet and greet visitors as they arrive; advise appropriate staff member
• Handle official courier & postages
• Handle company van transportation
• Support any documents, announcements which required English literature
• Handle AIS Mobile bills and monthly report
• Handle bills from expat guest house
• Handle candidates on arrival
• Daily Birthday Email & monthly birthday gifts distribution
• Invitation Letters for visa of guests
• Other assigned tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Professional demeanor and excellent customer service abilities required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Good team player
- Freshers are welcomed
