Job Descriptions
1. Reception of foreign and local clients for audits
2. Review of missing items, improvement tracking, and effectiveness verification
3.Familiar with various aspects of quality assurance, including but not limited to document management, deviation management, validation management, and on-site QA
Qualifications
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English, Chinese and Thai, or English and Thai
- University degree or higher
- Experience related to PCB
- Experience in client audits
- Respond to customer feedback and complaints, taking appropriate actions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary
- Coordinate with other team, relate to customers problem and system
