Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager/ Director to join our team. As an Account Manager /Director, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key client accounts, and maintaining strong relationships, Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction, and maximize account retention, This role requires exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills. - Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders. - Develop a deep understanding of each client's business objectives, industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide strategic guidance and solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, Digital Media, to ensure the successful execution of client projects and initiatives. - Develop account plans and strategies, deliver exceptional value to clients, and meet or exceed performance metrics. - Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to identify potential risks and opportunities for clients. - Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights, industry best practices, and innovative solutions to help them achieve their business objectives. - Lead and mentor account management teams, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of employee engagement and productivity
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience as an Account Manager / Director or similar role, preferably in a client-facing position within the advertising, marketing, or digital industry.
  3. Strong business acumen and understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and client needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  4. Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions and driving results.
  5. Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, manage conflicts, and drive collaboration.
