Job Descriptions
1. Drink Preparation
- Able to extract coffee and make drinks as standard
2. Service
- Able to introduce and recommend our products including drinks and coffee beans to customers
- Able to satisfy customers and ensure fully happiness
3.Inventory
- reconcile stock of both WIP and FG
- make sure that products are available before opening time
4. Workspace
- Make sure that workspace is tidy and clean
- Ready to welcome customers at opening time"
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for coffee culture and continuous learning
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with customers
- Strong focus on quality control and consistency in beverage preparation
- Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
- Flexible availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
