Job Descriptions
Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities and relationships with existing and new customers. Analyze market trends and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback. Coordinate with foreign customers for build good relationship; negotiate for the best benefit of the company. And help to solve problems in case of problems occur between the company and the customers. Prepare and adhere to budgets. Set strategies and manage sales to meet the goals of the organization. Deepen relationships with all distributors to ensure the organization's most effective messaging and position. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Solve problems, make decisions, analyze problems and support team sales team to ensure smooth operation. Ensure that leads are properly qualified against company criteria. Approach and engage in activities to start new transactions with organizations.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or related field
  2. At least 5-10 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing and automotive business is a plus.
  3. Ability to develop new business opportunities
  4. Able to coordinate with other functions and work well under massive pressure
  5. Strong negotiation Skills
  6. Good attitude
  7. Good skill on PC literacy such MS Officer.
  8. Good command of spoken and written English.
