Job Descriptions

1. Follow up on timely part delivery. 2. Confirm POs with vendors. 3. Update delivery status. 4. Check and update material shortages. 5. Issue POs and follow up on delivery adjustments. 6. Handle BOI clearance for overseas suppliers. 7. Implement cost reduction and payment term requirements. 8. Coordinate with relevant sections. 9. Prepare daily reports and solve problems.

Qualifications

Male/Female
Age under 32 years old
Bachelor's degree in a related field
At least 1 year of experience in purchasing raw materials, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry
Proficient in MS Excel, including formulas like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIF, SUMPRODUCT, etc.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
High sense of responsibility and ability to maintain confidentiality
Good command of English
