Job Descriptions1. Responsible for comprehensive control of cost, schedule, quality, and safety aspects in the construction projects of HVAC systems and associated electromechanical facilities.
2. Review construction drawings in the HVAC discipline and propose optimized design solutions to the design department.
3. Familiar with commonly used materials and equipment brands as well as their technical characteristics in the HVAC discipline; review and approve materials and equipment submitted by contractors.
4. Coordinate communication among design units, construction units, supervision units, and government authorities; familiar with construction processes, procedures, and acceptance criteria for power stations (chillers, air compressors, nitrogen generators), clean rooms, elevators, cranes.
5. Inspect and confirm on-site design changes and project changes; optimize design solutions and construction plans while ensuring safety, quality,and schedule control within investment costs.
6. Liaise with the headquarters' equipment power department regularly to report on project progressand related issues.
