Job Descriptions
1. **Technical Support**: - Assist customers in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to solar equipment such as solar panels, inverters, batteries, and monitoring systems. - Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve issues. 2. **Installation Support**: - Provide technical guidance to customers and installers during the installation of solar systems. - Ensure that installations comply with manufacturer guidelines and safety standards. 3. **Customer Service**: - Respond to customer inquiries about product usage, performance, and troubleshooting via phone, email, or chat. - Provide customers with detailed information and technical explanations. 4. **Problem Solving**: - Manage and resolve customer complaints and technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Follow up with customers to ensure that issues are fully resolved and that customers are satisfied. 5. **Document Management**: - Keep detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions provided. - Prepare reports on common technical issues and their solutions for internal review. 6. **Warranty Claims**: - Assist customers with warranty claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted. - Coordinate with manufacturers to replace defective parts. 7. **Training and Education**: - Assist in organizing and conducting customer and installer training sessions on the proper use and maintenance of solar equipment. - Create and update technical manuals, FAQs, and instructional videos. 8. **Teamwork**: - Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support during the pre-sales phase. - Work with senior engineers and R&D team to provide feedback on product performance and customer issues. 9. **Supplier Liaison**: - Coordinate technical support, product updates, and complex problem solving with suppliers and manufacturers. - Stay up to date on the latest advances and updates in solar technology.
Qualifications
  1. Diploma or degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, electronic, or related field). - Certifications related to technical support, customer service, or specific products/technology used by the company.
  2. Fluent in English and Thai
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  4. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented attitude. - Patience and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
  6. Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with other engineers and departments to solve problems.
  7. Good organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple customer issues efficiently.
