Responsibilities: 1.Make the applied prototype mainly in processed meat, sausage, to demonstrate the opportunities for company’s products. 2.Manage sample collection. 3.Keep update industrial trends, consumer preferences and food technology. 4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales & marketing. 5.Provide technical support to teams & customers, including troubleshooting product issues, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering technical presentations. 6.Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required. 7.Maintaining, calibrating, and cleaning laboratory’s equipment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Product Development or related field.
Work experience in food application, R&D, product development, production in processed meat, meat emulsion products is preferred.
Proficiency in laboratory techniques, experimental design, and sensory evaluation.
Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
