Job Descriptions
•Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
•Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services.
•Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution to the customer’s satisfaction.
•Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
•Identify and escalate customer issues to management as needed.
•Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
•Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- We welcome all genders, Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong ability to handle stress and work effectively under pressure.
